Custody
“June, thank you for all you’ve done to help me with this case.
It’s been a pleasure and a huge relief working with you.” M.R., Rochester
A child’s well-being should always come first whenever their parents split up. Sometimes neither parent is able care for a child and relatives or close friends must step in to help. Ms. Castellano places great emphasis on children’s needs in her practice. She represents parents who contest custody and also helps non-parents press for custodial rights when parents are incapable of caring for their children. She also works directly with children by serving as an attorney for the child (formerly called a law guardian) in contested custody cases in both Supreme and Family Court.
